Why cant i receive money with Paypal?

Paypal is one of the world's most widely used, Online money payment service. We all appreciate their free service for a normal user like me. However, Paypal hes limited their services based on the country you are resided. Because of this policy, some users, like me, are unable to make full use of Paypal.
