Application Introduction
OPS Pro is in-house standard MS Access Application dedicated for keeping the records in Mishandled Baggage Offices of GHA companies. This application records all kinds important data that needs to be stored on flight movements, records. Users of this application stands in a great advantage of having all kinds of data ready for employees to use for their operational needs or with customer airlines.
This Application is designed with great care to ensure all kinds of records are readily available in Lost and Found office daily operation. Application can be run in multi-user environments with or without MS Access installed on computers.
Main Features
OPS Pro have below main features:
Home Screen
- Shows bags received and needs to be delivered.
- Shows tasks you enter for your employees
Flight log
- You can create daily flight schedule and log records on flights. (i.e AHL/DPR/OHD etc).
- View and email/save Flight Report to respective airline
- You will be able to log, Cases created, Cases received, Claims, Claims received, Unclaimed Bags, Transfer bags, forwarded bags.
- Flight Arrival statistics (baggage delivery timing)
Alerts
- You will receive notifications of different kinds of tasks you need to complete. This includes, Passengers DV notifications, Unclaimed Bags that need to create OHD, Not traced bag (AHL) Bag Inventory Form reminders, OHD cases that are 7 days old etc. Can be customized based on requirements.
Search Flights
- You can search the flights you have logged by flight date, flight number or IATA 2 letter code of airline.
- You can also enter flight number and date to view Flight Report for specific flight.
Search Records
- You can search all records, by file reference, by tag number, color type (IATA CT) by passenger name, hotel, or status of the case or record.
Address Book
- Address book keeps all addresses you use with files, i.e AHL,DPR or any othe claims. It will create a complete Address Book for you which you can use to contact passenger's hotel.
- In Address Book, the types of information you want record in address book cam be customized.
- In Address Book, there is a feature called "People working in the place" where you can add name, contact details etc of employees working in hotel or an organization.
- You can easily search hotels or people working in hotels.
Action Center
- Action Center is main work area, more like Dashboard, where you carry some tasks. You can access all types or records, i.e AHL files, DPR files, OHD files, Unclaimed bags, Transfer bags ete.
- In Action Center, you can deliver bags to passengers, generate delivery receipt.
- You will also be able to edit records.
- Automated emails to send information of file to airline and other customized emails from the screen, click of a button which will increase your efficiency during operation.
- Handle manual PIR airlines with reference numbers.

Operational Irregularities
Operational Irregularities is a feature which enables employee to record any kind of issues during operation easily. This data can be used in Meetings to discuss and identify operational improvement areas.
Airline Check Lists
Check Lists keep a single sheet of all kinds of interim payment amounts, requirements of airline and Worldtracer mandatory element information for the airline. Helps to improve file quality by reducing discrepancies in files.
Final settlement
Final settlement feature shows you which AHL/DPR files are not traced and is pending for 21 days. You will be able to generate a report of these files, which you can send to respective airline for their action.
Files to be Closed
This function tell you which cases are received and bags delivered to the passenger. This helps you to make sure all files are closes in Worldtracer.
Tasks
You can enter quick message or task in home screen which you want pass to all employees. Once task is complete, simple tick "Done" which will hide task from home screen. You can also share the task to all employees via email with click of button.
Administration
- You can add/delete/edit any records.
- Keeps the history of daily database backup
- You can run and audit whenever there are issues with records
- You can add/delete new employees.
- By default, general user can only access flights of last 10 days. Admin users can only access all flights which reduces database manipulation.
Why do you need OPS Pro?
Answer is very simple. Some airports still use log books to do write the records. With OPS Pro, a highly customized and specially crafted for Lost and Found Offices, you do not anymore need log books or manual works. Hence, this application will reduce your manual tasks and increase efficiency. You work place will look more professional and your statistics are always ready and on-demand.
